Tactileo Education is a learning management system officially used by the French Ministry of Education. All schools in France currently use the platform, and it acts as a learning resources portal for various official French curriculum courses. Tactileo Education is also expanding in Africa and the Middle East.

I acted as the lead UX designer and researcher of Tactileo Education, overseeing the project from its inception to its release. This process included heavy research involving several education stakeholders, including students, teachers, and public administration. Interviews, surveys, and participatory design sessions took place to define the project’s vision and initial direction.

Following a user-centered design approach and working in an agile environment, I oversaw the design of several proposals for the platform’s design. I supported their design and development and usability testing of the delivered prototypes.
