In the scope of proposing new products and services for the business segment of BNP Paribas, I led an exercise of proposing different financial products on various phases of professionals’ and corporations’ lives.
I was involved in this project as lead UX strategist, coordinating with various high-level stakeholders. My role included project framing and coordination with PMs, project managers, and financial product experts in different entities and organizations.
My work included facilitation of alignment workshops and running preliminary research, scope framing, problem definition, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
