Disneyland Paris is a major European theme park. In the scope of redefining its UX strategy, the park proceeded with a significant redesign of its website and web services, aiming at maintaining and accomplishing a great user experience for its visitors.
As the lead UX researcher of the park’s reservation platform, I oversaw several user research studies related to the Disneyland Paris website, its mobile app, and customer experience services. In this endeavor, I accompanied different design teams in expressing hypotheses, proposing different types of user research studies (quantitative and qualitative), and executing them.
I also facilitated several design thinking, vision scoping, and research framing workshops with different stakeholders and assisted other teams in wireframing and prototyping some of the outcomes of these workshops.
My final deliverables included user research study reports (interviews, surveys, personas, user journey maps, card sorting, tree testing, usability testing, and contextual inquiry), wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
